Current Offerings

Our centre offers a rich array of weekly ongoing offerings to the public. No prior meditation experience required to attend. Most programs offer meditation instruction upon request. All are welcome.

Open Public Sitting Hours

Currently, meditation sessions are offered weekly on Sunday 11:00am-1:00pm*. 

At the Wellness Center, we train our minds with shamatha practice, the most simple form of sitting meditation. Shamatha is a Sanskrit word that means “peacefully abiding.”

*(Those who have attended a Sunday sitting before may arrive at 11:15).
